What a miss means
A miss means that a supported result did not meet an approved contract target. A miss is not the same as missing evidence.
Liyara can create a miss from a vendor value or from a calculation based on report data. The detail shows which method Liyara used.
Read the miss detail
| Field | What to check |
|---|---|
| Contract promise | Read the approved obligation and its source clause. |
| Target | Confirm the required value, unit, operator, and scope. |
| Actual | Confirm the vendor value or the Liyara calculation. |
| Period | Confirm the month or other measurement period. |
| Evidence of performance | Open the source report and review the mapped location. |
| Fix by | Check the cure deadline and whether it has passed. |
| Potential credit | Review the formula and the values used in the estimate. |
Make the decision
- Open the source report from Evidence of performance.
- Compare the report value with the contract quote.
- Check the reporting period and the measurement scope.
- Correct the source mapping if Liyara used the wrong data.
- Draft a formal notice when the contract and evidence support the miss.
- Mark the miss fixed, waived, or resolved after you record the reason.
Track a formal notice
Draft formal notice creates a document from the clause, result, cure deadline, and available credit details.
Liyara saves the draft in Correspondence. The draft is not a sent notice until you record or complete its delivery.
