Follow the source chain
- Start with the miss and its measurement period.
- Open Evidence of performance to see the source report.
- Review the reported value or the Liyara calculation.
- Review the report location and matched rows.
- Return to the contract promise and open its source clause.
Know each type of information

| Extracted fact | Text or a value that Liyara found in a source document. |
| Approved contract target | A contract reading that a person accepted for monitoring. |
| Vendor reported | A value that the vendor supplied in its report. |
| Liyara calculated | A value that Liyara derived from supported report data. |
| Interpretation | A conclusion that needs human review when the source language is uncertain. |
| Potential credit | An estimate based on the saved remedy formula and available inputs. |
Use confidence as a review signal
Confidence tells you how directly the source supports a contract reading or report mapping. Confidence does not make a value contractually correct.
Review the source whenever the clause is qualified, the target is missing, the report label is unclear, or the unit changed.
Correct a result
Correct the contract reading when the approved obligation is wrong. Correct the report mapping when Liyara used the wrong report data.
Record the reason for a waived or resolved miss. The audit history should show the person, time, prior value, and new value.
