Use performance and renewal briefs
Use each brief for the decision period that it covers.

Monthly performance brief
Liyara creates a monthly performance brief after it applies a vendor report. The brief summarizes status, changes, evidence gaps, deadlines, and credits.
Open Reports, select the vendor, select the contract, and then select the reporting month. You can also open the brief from a miss.
Vendor performance brief
The vendor performance brief combines several reporting periods. Choose a date range that matches a meeting, review cycle, or investigation.
The brief can cover a quarter, several quarters, or another supported period. Its title does not limit it to one quarter.
Renewal brief
The renewal brief collects contract history for a renewal decision. It includes performance, recurring misses, credits, correspondence, and supported contract changes.
Review the source evidence before you use a proposed contract change. Liyara should show the history that supports each negotiation point.
