Contract and measurement terms
- Obligation
- A vendor commitment that Liyara can monitor or keep for reference.
- Contract target
- The approved value or required state for an obligation.
- Actual
- The value recorded for an obligation during a measurement period.
- Measurement period
- The dates covered by one actual result.
- Coverage
- Whether Liyara received enough evidence to test an obligation.
- Compliance
- Whether a supported actual met the approved contract target.
- Miss
- A supported actual that did not meet the approved contract target.
- Evidence gap
- Missing or incomplete source data that prevents a supported result.
- Potential credit
- An estimated service credit that still needs review.
- Cure deadline
- The date by which the contract permits or requires a party to fix a breach.
- Readback
- The saved summary that Liyara creates after it applies a report.
- Performance brief
- A vendor summary for a selected date range.
- Renewal brief
- A contract history prepared for a renewal decision.
Decision status terms
- Open
- The miss still needs action or a recorded decision.
- Fixed
- The vendor corrected the condition or supplied accepted evidence.
- Waived
- An authorized person chose not to pursue the miss.
- Resolved
- The work is complete and Liyara records the final outcome.
- Overdue
- The applicable deadline has passed while the item remains open.
