Terms of Service

Liyara Inc. ("Liyara", "we", "us") operates this website, including the interactive demo and the early-access request form.

These terms apply to your use of the website, the demo, and the early-access program. They do not govern production use of the Liyara platform: if your organization becomes a customer, a separate customer agreement covers the service itself, including the documents and data you upload to it.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, probe or test its security without written permission, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent who you are when requesting access.

The demo is a scripted walkthrough built on illustrative data. It is not a live account, does not accept uploads, and the vendors, contracts, and figures in it are fictional. Features shown may change before general availability.

Requesting early access does not guarantee admission to the program. If we admit you, your use of the platform will be governed by the customer agreement we provide at that time. If you send us feedback about the product, we may use it without obligation to you.

The site and its content, including the Liyara name, wordmark, and product designs, belong to Liyara Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any license to them.

Liyara is a contract performance monitoring tool. Nothing on this site, in the demo, or in any output of the product is legal advice, and it is not a substitute for review by qualified counsel.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Liyara Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
