Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Liyara Inc. handles personal information collected through this website, the interactive demo, and the early-access program. It does not cover the contracts and vendor reports customers upload to the Liyara platform; those are governed by the customer agreement with your organization.

Information you give us: your name, work email, and company when you request early access or create an account, plus anything you choose to add, like a phone number or the size of your contract portfolio.

Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to understand how the site is used. We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

The interactive demo runs entirely on fictional, built-in data. It does not accept uploads and collects nothing beyond the standard logs above.

To respond to your request, run the early-access program, send you updates you have asked for, keep the site secure, and improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site, and they process data only on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (storage and content delivery), and Resend (transactional email).

We keep early-access requests and account information for as long as we run the program or you keep the account, then delete them within a reasonable period. Server logs rotate on a short schedule.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@liyara.com. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data held by our providers is encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access and keep an audit trail of administrative actions.

The site is intended for business use and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. A material change will be flagged on the site before it takes effect.
